Comprehending How Simple Treatments Can Influence the Health of Your Hair
It’s factual that there are loads of health problems that might trigger you to lose your hair. However, it’s also true that most people who experience from extreme hair fall only started off suffering from common hair issues. If you really want to solve these hair problems, you have to go back to the basics, especially your regimen and way of life. A lot of times, you just need to change a few things in your day by day habit in order to have a healthy and strong hair and prevent hair loss problems.
For example, split ends are just signs that your hair cannot tolerate the conditions you are exposing it to. People who have problems with split ends generally don’t care for their hair from direct heat either from the sun or their blow dryers. If at all possible, you should trim the tips of your hair while it is growing so that they will be healthier and headier as it grows. You can decreased this via rinsing your hair with egg yolk combined with four teaspoons of olive oil; you can leave it on for some minutes before using cold water to rinse it off.
Dandruff flakes and tickly, swollen scalps are also some of the most common hair problems that may cause hair loss. Certainly, when your scalp is itchy, you tend to scratch it or wash your hair excessively to eliminate the flakes. Another thing you can do is to trim the ends of your hair every two to three months to avoid having split ends and for your hair to look uncluttered and dirt free. You can also add a few squeezes of lemon juice to the mixture to give it a better smell and also to make your hair sheen and reduce the extra moisture that caused dandruff in the first place.
Dryness of the hair and scalp is also a big problem for many people because this is the most common initiation of the loss of your hair follicles. Dry hair can imply a lot of things but in any case you need to take hair supplements like Provillus to counter act this problems. Provillus can effectively stop the progress of dihydrotestosterone that disturbs the process of hair growth. Put a few tablespoons of almond or olive oil in a cup and warm it up a bit in the microwave for a few seconds. You can make up homemade mixture to help your follicles give moisture you hair by softly massaging your hair with warm almond oil or warm olive oil.
Natural oils are especially valuable in keeping your scalp moist without inflaming it. To the extent that possible, do not scrape your head furiously. You may as well try making a natural remedy by boiling white beet then applying the water you used to the boil the white beet on your hair, when it’s not too hot anymore. Most of the time you just need to wash your hair thoroughly everyday with this to control your dandruff.
Some people like better to utilize commercialized and artificial hair care products because it’s more effortless and you don’t have to make or mix anything anymore. The point is to sustain your hair and your scalp healthy, and natural homemade remedies do the job admirably at a fraction of the normal cost for artificial alternatives.
Umbrella or Ezybox? AND Nikon SB-800 or SB-900?
Okay...first thanks for your answers for the previous questions (Jt C and Fhotoace).
If you had to pick one, which one would you pick and why?
1. Buying the Umbrella kit or the Ezybox (38cm or 60cm)?
2. I have Sb- 900 and D300. Should the second flash be Sb-900 or SB-800?
I have read a lot of articles but your answers are honest and very helpful.
Little Q: Whats is the best case for all camera equipment (medium size case)?
The biggest difference in the SB-800 and SB-900 other than a litttle more power and range is that the SB900 gives you more options to set your lighting pattern ( standard, center weighted or even) and upgradable firmware for future improvements. You can easily use grids to make your light more center weighted ( I like Honl http://www.honlphoto.com/servlet/the-22/HonlPhoto-1-fdsh-4-Speed-Grid/Detail ) So I'd go with the SB-800 myself for the second speedlight but both are great items.
As to the umbrealla or lightbox if you get a multilayer umbrella you can use it white silver and on some models even as a shoot through. They are not terribly expensive and fold and are easy to take to locations as one of the big advantages to speedlights is the ease of doing location portratits,
As to cases try adorama they should have what you need for light stand cases. I carry my stuff in a lowepro rover pack it gives me enough room for the camaras lenses and strobes and I can fit one lightweight tripod and a single lightstand on the outside tripod holder. It does not carry my laptop so that is a downside.
bouncing light can be a great option when you have a wall or cieling close enough or brings a surface to bounce it off of ( white foamcore board is cheap and works well but can be a pain to take everywhere) Remember you can pick up colors from what you bounce it off of so watch your light color carefully particularly when bouncing off a couple of different places. So what elliot says about white balance is important. Shoot in RAW and check the histogram after a test shot. you can white balance off a white card. I really like the idea of the white van as a reflector. Thats creative thinking,
