Lightsphere vs. Omni Bounce?

I am looking at purchasing a flash diffuser and have found varying reports as too which is better: Gary Fong Lightsphere II or the Omni Bounce. Obviously the Omni Bounce would fit better into the budget and the camera bag, but if there is a significant difference I would go for the Lightsphere. I was just wondering what the general consensus is about the two products.

I use both. Plus a lightscoop, a Stofen softbox, and a Better Bounce Card. The Fong is my favorite for weddings where I have enough ambient light or can get very close. I use the clear. When I need power, I use the Lightscoop. For very soft shadows at close range, the Soft Box. For everyday snaps, a bounce card or the Stofen Omnibounce. . They all have their uses, and some are better at certain applications than others.
