This is a very old lamp and I have rewired a single socket lamp not as old, but do not know how to tackle this lamp. Hopefully the instructions will be in the kit I finally buy.
You may not find a kit with two lamp sockets
Your best bet would be to disassemble the lamp, paying close attention to how it is wired {draw yourself a diagram} then take the lamp socket to the hardware store or home center for replacement sockets, wire, wire nuts and a cord…. if necessary.
