I have a small track lighting fixture with halogen bulbs. The bulbs came with a small suction cup device but I cannot figure out how to get the bulb out of there. Help!
Moist of the halogen bulbs in track lights do not screw in. THey have two pins and push straight into the socket. Try wetting the suction cup and then pull straight out to remove the bulb.
Those bulbs have a typical life of about 2000-3000 hours. If you do the math you will see that means they burn out every year or so. You will get a lot of practice pulling them out and pushing them in.
